It not just relevant what information the selfish miner has, it also relevant where they have that information at that moment, and where the competing packets are at that moment. It does them no good for their Hong Kong stratum server to know something after all the Hong Kong competitor nodes already know it, and it also does them no good if their Hong Kong stratum server knows something but their Sweden based fullnode isn going to know it for another 180 milliseconds. The packets going to Sweden have to get there before someone else packets going to Sweden, and they have to get (...)
